Main Features of Dutchclamp Cable Clamps and Blocks:

  • Simple installation

  • Can withstand short-circuit currents up to 202 kA (SE Series) and 150 kA (TRIPLE Series)

  • Mechanical tensile strength up to 68,800 N (15,466 lb)

  • No oxidation or corrosion

  • No sharp angles

  • ​Heavy impact resistant

  • Resistant to oils, fats, aggressive chemicals, frost, heat, UV, ozone, salts, moisture, acids and radioactive emissions

  • Flame propagation resistant

  • Self-extinguishing V-0 (UL94), halogen-free, low smoke

  • Temperature range from -40°C to 125°C (-40°F to 257°F), and momentarily up to 225°C (437°F)

  • No magnetism / conductivity

  • Black coloured

Models and Product Specifications:

  • SE Types: for mounting single cables, 15 - 170 mm (0.59" - 6.69") diameter
     

  • SEG Types: for mounting single cables, stackable, 26 - 110 mm (1.02" – 4.33") diameter
     

  • TRIPLE Types: for mounting 3 cables in triangular (trefoil) formation, 27 - 150 mm (1.06" - 5.90") diameter
     

  • IM Blocks: for mounting 3, 4 or 6 cables per layer in block arrays, 12 - 48 mm (0.47" - 1.88") diameter
     

  • SOLO Clamps: for mounting grounding/earthing cable alongside the main power cable, 18 - 42 mm (0.71" - 1.65") diameter
     

  • Hardware Sets: All the clamps can be delivered with the necessary mounting hardware (nuts, bolts and washers), as well as channel nuts if the clamps will be mounted onto Unistrut.
     

  • Elastic Inlay Pads: neoprene, 3 mm or 5 mm thick
     

  • Polefix: for mounting any type of Dutchclamp clamps on poles that cannot be drilled 
     

  • Coverall: two-part ducts for protecting cables and wires already installed
